- What you send through forms, chat or the project builder (name, email, phone, message, brief), plus minimal technical data (a hashed IP for abuse limiting, the page you sent from, the visit source if present in the URL).
- Why
- To reply to your request. Legal basis: your explicit consent and legitimate interest for security.
- Florentin AI
- Conversations with the assistant are processed by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI or an equivalent provider) to generate the reply and are kept so they can be passed to Florentin if you leave your contact. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat. The assistant is AI and can be wrong.
- Cookies
- Essential only until you consent: language, theme, session. Analytics (GA4) and marketing only with your consent through the banner, honouring Consent Mode v2.
- How long
- Leads: up to 24 months after the last contact. Conversations: 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent — write to purceaflorentin@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
